Parent Exemption from State Assessments
Parents may excuse a student from taking one or more state assessments by completing the "Parent Exemption from State Assessments" form online. Parents are asked to complete this form as early as possible so that the school can take into account the exemptions as part of their assessment administration schedule. Parents should refer to their school's assessment schedule for more detailed information.
