Five elected Board of Education members provide for quality educational opportunities in Cherry Creek Schools. They act in accordance with the requirements of Colorado and federal laws, while remaining responsive to the unique needs of Cherry Creek School District citizens. The Board delegates to the Superintendent the daily operation of the district. The Board invites citizen involvement in the schools, believing that a quality education is a responsibility all must share.

Board meetings are held monthly, usually on the second Monday of the month, 7:00 p.m., at one of the Cherry Creek Schools

Board Terms and Elections

Cherry Creek is divided into five Director Districts.  A Board of Education member from each Director District is elected for a four-year term by registered district voters on a nonpartisan ballot.
