District Admissions by the numbers
The summer months are some of the very busiest for the District Admissions & Student Records Department.  During July and August, the department registered more than 4,300 students, updated addresses for another 2,000 students, and archived 1,000 student records!  During a typical school year, Admissions will register over 11,000 students, change 6,000-plus addresses, and archive more than 15,000 student records!

Given those numbers, you may be surprised to learn that this year Admissions has only eight full time staff members, supplemented by another six people (three full-time and three part-time) during the month of August.

“The District Admissions & Student Records staff is a great team that provides excellent customer service to both the parent community and school staff,” said Vicky Lisi, District Admissions Manager.  “Summer may be busiest time in Admissions but everyone works hard all year long and they truly are dedicated to the Cherry Creek School District.“

The department has two offices.  The East Admissions office is located in the Instructional Support Facility at 5416 S. Riviera Way, next to Thunder Ridge Middle School, and serves families from the east and north areas of the district.  The West Admissions office is located at 9150 E. Union Avenue on the Cherry Creek High School campus and serves families from the west and north areas of the district.
