Seniors thank teachers for making a difference

“He believed in me.” “She inspired me.” “They challenged me.”

Those are just some of the heartfelt sentiments shared by seniors about the teachers from Cherry Creek elementary, middle and high schools who have made a positive impact on their learning and their lives. Those teachers have guided the students on an educational journey that will culminate next month with graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2017.

The students, who are all members of the Arapahoe and Aurora South Stakes of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, paid tribute to key teachers during the church’s annual Teacher Appreciation Night, held on March 21.
